Find ways to fill your days with calm, joy, and peace. Therapy for kids, teens, and adults who are exhausted from the demands of life, school, or work and are struggling to find balance.

I help kids, teens and adults whose school or work is taking a heavy toll on their emotional health. I have an in-person practice serving the greater Akron Area. Telehealth is available for clients living in Ohio.

The kids I see are good kids who are hard on themselves. Mom or dad are worried about the frequent meltdowns or long-term impact of the constant nervousness on their emotional health. Some are not fitting in socially or seem to react more intensely to disappointments.

My teen and young adult clients can be worriers too but have developed some coping skills that cause the adults in their lives to be concerned. These students are either achieving at the expense of their happiness or have shut down and look like they have lost motivation. Deep down, they are still strivers but can not seem to get ahead so “why bother”. Some are headed to the next chapters in their lives and they want to do things differently as life gets more demanding.

The adults in my practice are looking for more out of life and the lack of fulfillment is robbing them of the joys life can bring. They are often comparing themselves to others and worry that they are not where they need to be. They are well into their careers but the work-life balance is elusive and feels impossible. They are exhausted at the end of the day and fear that they have lost their passion or drive.

When you are struggling, it can be a source of stress and negativity that ripples through all aspects of life. Long days, toxic relationships, loss of motivation, and future dreading can be draining. Let's work together to bring back control and contentment, even on the toughest days. With over 20 years of experience, I help clients navigate stress, improve relationships, and find clarity amidst life’s toughest o
