Learn to understand yourself and your environment to get the life you want.

Alright, let’s jump in.

School is a lot. Life is a lot.  It all feels like too much. Starting counseling might feel like a big step when you're feeling stressed and unsure of where to turn. You've got your goals, but finding the motivation to chase them or feeling satisfied with what you've accomplished can be a struggle. Maybe you're pushing yourself every day but still feel like you're falling behind. You might be feeling irritable and annoyed all of the time, taking it out on the people you love. Or perhaps you're feeling a bit disconnected, wondering if any of it even matters. And even if things seem fine on the surface, those nagging worries about how others perceive you – your intelligence, strength, responsibility – can be pretty draining. And it's not just about the stress and anxiety; it's seeping into the fun parts of life, like sports or hanging out with friends.

So, if you're here reading this, it's because you're hurting or unhappy, right? Perhaps things seem alright outwardly, but inwardly, you're struggling.

Together, we can focus on crafting a life that celebrates your strengths without the need for constant comparisons.
